These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In case of any interpretive conflict, the Bengali version will apply, however the primary legal text will remain in English.

Account Registration and Verification

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed by the same person, household or device.
• 19bdbajee reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

19bdbajee has three VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). You can advance to a higher tier through regular play and active participation.

Betting Rules and Fair Play

• Betting on behalf of other players or managing their accounts.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems.
• Registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent information.
• Making threats, harassment or engaging in abusive behavior.

Account Suspension and Cancellation

19bdbajee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without immediate notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Registration with false information.
• Failure to complete account verification.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact our live chat to request self-exclusion. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account.
